The Impact of Rejection
Fear of Rejection can show up in many different ways.
Whether it is the fear of being rejected for your needs, at your job or within relationships.
Rejection always feels the same.
It carries an unpleasant, negative sensation that can deeply affect and reduce our self-confidence.
Where Does the Fear of Rejection Come From?
The origin of this fear often lies not only in low self-esteem, but also in past experiences that have left us feeling humiliated or unseen.
These are moments in which we longed for validation and recognition but did not receive it.
But what if you actually do not need validation at all — no matter what you do in life?
What if you are already perfect as you are, without needing external recognition to elevate or improve yourself?
When you truly reflect on this and bring it into your awareness, the need for validation begins to dissolve.
And with that, rejection — whether from another person or a situation — loses its power and meaning.
How Can You Overcome the Fear of Rejection?
To work on this fear, it can be helpful to look at where it truly comes from.
Often, it is rooted in past experiences.
Ask yourself:
Are there recurring situations in which you feel rejected?
In which areas of your life do you encounter this fear (relationships, professional life etc.)?
What negative events have you experienced in these areas in the past?
In which areas can you give yourself more recognition?
Sometimes the fear is not present everywhere, but only in specific parts of life.
In other cases, it may stem from a deeper lack of self-confidence — from not fully realizing that you are already enough, exactly as you are.

Bringing Awareness and Letting Go
Become aware of where your Fear of Rejection originates and what it triggers within you.
Once you recognize it, allow the old experience to be released.
You no longer need to carry it with you.
It has no relevance in the present moment, no matter how real it may feel.
A Simple Meditation to Release Fear
Take time for yourself.
Sit down, close your eyes, and focus solely on your breath for at least ten minutes.
Let all thoughts pass without holding onto them.
Try to enter a state of inner stillness — a state free of thought.
In this space, you may notice that fear has no place.
You are simply being.
This state of being is your origin, your truth.
What do you feel?
...
Everything else is illusion!
Remember
Fear is an illusion.
Your origin is love, not fear.
Your belief in yourself is stronger than all your fears.
With Love.
