The Strongest Version of Yourself

Before you try to become someone new,
take a moment to remember who you already are.

Within every human being lives a powerful inner force

a part of us that feels deeply aligned, confident and alive.

It is the version of ourselves that feels most authentic.
The part that believes in possibilities even when doubt appears.
The part that naturally inspires others simply by being present.

You could call it your inner superhero.

Not the kind that saves the world through extraordinary powers,

but the one that quietly transforms your life from within.

The moment you begin to recognize and support this part of yourself,

something beautiful happens:

You stop searching for strength outside of you —
and start trusting the power that has always lived within you.

Who is Your Inner Superhero?

Your inner superhero is the part of you that naturally expands your energy rather than draining it.

It is the state in which you feel aligned with yourself —

confident, inspired and deeply connected to what you do.

My Inner Superhero (as an example)

For me, this inner superhero lives in my spiritual side.

Whenever I am fully connected to this part of myself, I feel deeply aligned with life.

I experience a sense of abundance, love and peace that does not depend on external circumstances.

In these moments I feel connected to everything — to people, nature and the universe itself.

It gives me an immense sense of trust and inner strength.

This part of me allows me to dream without limits, to believe in possibilities, and to love unconditionally — both myself and other living beings.

And most importantly: fulfillment does not come from needing something outside of myself,

but from being connected to what already lives within me.

The Many Faces of an Inner Superhero

But the inner superhero can appear in many different forms.

For someone else it may not be spirituality at all.

Imagine a teacher who truly loves their profession.

When they step into the classroom, they feel energized.

Helping students understand something new fills them with joy and purpose.

Their patience, empathy and passion for knowledge inspire others.

In those moments, this teacher is fully aligned with their inner superhero

the part of them that thrives when they are able to guide, support and educate others.

Your inner superhero might be:

 🧑🏼‍🎨the creator

🌱the nurturer

👀the visionary

🤰🏽👨🏽the mum or dad

❤️‍🩹the healer

💭the dreamer

🗣️or the leader

etc..

Discovering Your Inner Superhero

Sometimes this powerful part of ourselves is already visible.
Other times it is hidden beneath everyday stress, expectations or self-doubt.

Discovering it requires a moment of honest reflection.

Here are two helpful exercises.

✨Exercise 1 : Discover Your Inner Superhero✨

Take a quiet moment for yourself.
You may want to sit somewhere comfortable and write down your answers.

Reflect on the following questions:

🦸🏽‍♀️When do I feel most alive and fulfilled?

🦸🏽‍♂️Which activities make me forget about time?

🦸🏽‍♀️In which moments do I feel naturally confident and aligned with myself?

🦸🏽‍♂️What qualities do other people often appreciate about me?

🦸🏽‍♀️Which version of myself makes me feel proud?

As you reflect on these questions, notice which patterns appear.

You may begin to recognize a specific version of yourself that feels especially authentic and strong.

Imagine this version of you as your inner superhero.

You can  give this part of yourself a name

for example The Dreamer, The Teacher, The Creator or The Healer.

Or you can even create a picture of it and hang it somewhere where you can always see it.

Naming and visualizing it can help you recognize and consciously support this powerful inner energy.

Guess the name of my Inner Superhero?

Supporting Your Inner Superhero

Once you recognize this part of yourself, the next step is learning how to support and nurture it.

Just like any strength, it grows when we give it attention, time and care.

For me, when my spiritual side feels out of balance,

I return to practices that reconnect me with myself.

I spend time alone.
I meditate.
I allow silence and stillness to guide me back to inner harmony.

Creativity also plays an important role.

Writing, reflecting and sharing my insights with others helps me express this part of myself and allow it to grow.

When I nurture this inner space, my spiritual superhero becomes stronger again — and with it my trust in life.

For our teacher from earlier, supporting their inner superhero may look different.

They might nourish it by continuing their education, exchanging ideas with colleagues, reflecting on meaningful moments with students or simply allowing themselves time to rest after emotionally demanding days.

Small intentional actions can help this powerful part of ourselves grow.

✨Exercise 2 : Strengthen Your Inner Superhero✨

Now that you have a clearer idea of your inner superhero, take another moment to reflect.

Ask yourself:

🌱What nourishes this part of me?

🌱Which environments allow this version of me to grow?

🌱What activities make this part of me feel strong and alive?

Then choose one small step you can take this week to support it.

This could be:

✨ spending time in silence or meditation
✨ expressing yourself creatively
✨ learning something new that excites you
✨ connecting with inspiring people
✨ allowing yourself time to rest and recharge

Your inner superhero grows every time you create space for it.

Small actions repeated with intention can awaken the most powerful parts of who you truly are.

Let Your Inner Superhero Lead

Your inner superhero does not ask for perfection.

It simply asks for attention.

The more you nurture this powerful part of yourself,

the more it will begin to guide your decisions,

your relationships and your path in life.

Supporting it means choosing authenticity over expectation and trust over fear.

Final Thought

✨You were never meant to search for your power somewhere outside of yourself.

Your inner superhero has always been there -  it has been quietly guiding you all along.✨
